Hi, I am having trouble integrating my C4-Chime VDB to my Clare NVR. I would like to have the C4-Chime use the Clare NVR as a storage device. I would think that should mean that I can access the Chime in the Clare camera app as well. The Chime works great for Live View in the C4 App only so far not at all via Clare. The system is setup as the following: Control4 VLAN: 10.28.4.1 to 10.28.5.255 C4-VDB Plugged directly to Unifi 24port POE Switch, IP 10.28.4.40 Clare NVR: 10.28.5.3 Clare NVR DHCP to Clare Cameras: 192.168.1.* The Clare NVR can see the C4-Chime VDB on the network but when I try to add it as 'Channel 7' it will never display the live view and cannot be accessed via the RTSP address provided. Looking for any advice that could help given your existing experience with the VDB to NVR integration, especially if you've worked with Clare before. Happy to be contacted by a forum dealer directly if you can provide some remote help. Stumped, thanks.
