Does anyone have any insight on the progress of increasing the Device ID limit from 50-75 on the Lutron Caseta Pro Bridge?
Also, is it possible to change existing ID numbers in the Bridge? I have over 50, but some of them are Picos that I don’t really use in C4 (more for physical 3-4/Way situations). These are pushing my device IDs for some important switches higher than 50 and render those switches unusable in C4. (Still work great with the Caseta App).
IDs are assigned based on order of adding the devices and I didn’t pay attention to that when setting up. I didn’t realize the C4 driver has never been updated to 75 even though the Pro Bridge itself was. I fear I may have to start from scratch and hold the Picos for the end.
The best solution would be a driver update, but I have no control over that.
