Light State

I am working on some light state programming to send an email notification. I ran across some odd behavior when getting light state if I try to email the state of certain bulbs the variable appears empty. However if I set a system variable equal to that device variable I get the expected result of 0 or 1 in the system variable.

They are Phillips hue lights using the single lamp brightness driver.

Ahhh. There is a property of the bulb that is different I think that you want to program with

Happen to know that property? Interesting thing is in trying to track down my issue I have one bulb which seems to report correct and one that does not. They are both their color br30 down lights so can't really seem to tell the difference.
