Letran
2 zones out of my 8-zone amp stopped working. (Zones 5 & 6) All is well in the navigator it says it should be playing something but I can not hear anything.I have since rebooted the Matrix Switch and the amp, that didn't fix it. All the other zones are fine. Any ideas? Thanks
dougw246
I run into this all the time after a reboot. Go to the matrix switch and push the set up button on the front (left button). Check each zone's gain. If the gain says INF or MUTE set it to 0 with the knob. You should then be able to run through all the zones on your system.
