wingzz
I have a 3 button keypad that has been in use for 3+ years now and all of a sudden last night it wont change colors, the keypad functions as if the colors have changed as I have some programming based on LED color and everything works except the actual color change.I have tried to remove power to the unit for a couple of Min but no change, the colors on the LEDs wont change

RyanE
No, keypads do not lose any settings or go to factory reset on power being pulled. That would be a disaster, as every time your power went out, you'd have to re-identify all your dimmers / switches.RyanE
