niebais
Ok,I created a new driver and I can see everything in the lua window when I print text and everything seems to work great with my new driver. The biggest problem I'm having now is that I can't see anything on my iPad control 4 home touch screen except an on/off switch. I've scoured the documentation and the sample drivers, but can't find information on how to display what I want on the touch screen. Any clues where I can look? Are there any example drivers I can look at?
RyanE
What kind of driver is it?In Control4, UIs are only presented for proxies... i.e. a device type that UI exists for (dvd, tv, thermostat, light, etc.).If your device is none of those, you'd have to make a flash app to interact with your driver.RyanE
niebais
Oh ok. So something like the flip clock app. Thanks for the information.
RyanE
Right, but if it's for a *device*, the app would then talk to the device and present a UI appropriate for the device, not a flip clock.RyanE
