Lately, it is taking between 30 - 60 seconds to switch zone: 30 seconds from main zone to a smaller zone with only audio and/or lights and 60 seconds to switch back to the main zone. Also, when I'm in another zone I can't use the hard volume button. I have to use the volume control on the screen.
