Stop on Media Player Programming

Hi All -

First, thanks for all your help and advice. I feel like my dealer is doing a good job, but I can tell he knows I am looking over his shoulder, and I think it keeps him on his toes.

A challenge that we were facing before he left today was as follows. When playing a movie through the C4 Media Player, when you hit the stop button it just sits there and goes into screen saver mode. What would be ideal would be for it to go back to the list of movies from which the selection was chosen. He tried using a room variable so that when the stop button is pressed it set the Current_Selected_Device back to the HC-300. So that worked - we are back to the movies listing - however the SR-250 remote isn't sending commands to the movies menu. We can't move up/down/whatever to the next movie. We can, however, hit the C4 button and start all over again, but what's the point in that?

Any ideas? Is there some command or variable we are missing?

I would create a bookmark of your movie listing page. Then when stop is pressed have it go to the bookmark. Then you should be able to control it with the remote.

It is certainly there, Pro or HE - but as I'm assuming you have some hacked or older form of Pro - that may be the issue.
