AVHomeInstalls
HC-300c 2.2.4 with Zigbee mesh running a single SR-250. Removed HC-300 server/mesh first. Edit Zigbee configuration for HC-1000 as Zigbee Server and HC-300 as Zap coordinator. Network Tool reports Zigbee Server Port 7900 offline (yellow dot). Refresh and restarted controllers, removed reset SR-250 from mesh. Is there a tech note for moving a Zigbee Server?HC-1000v3Controller Status: OnlineZigbee Server Configuraion: EnabledZigbee Server Status: RunningZap Configuration Type: Not SupportedZap Status: Not SupportedHC-300cController Status: OnlineZigbee Server Configuration: DisabledZigbee Server Status: Not RunningZap Configuration Type: CoordinatorZap Status: RunningThanks. AVHomeInstalls
Is the answer if the HC-300c is a Coordinator it can't also be a Zap? If so, there is a 3 controller minimum if you wish to distribute the Zigbee load.
Cyknight
A ZAP coordinator is by default a ZAP itself, so no that's not the answer.Sounds like something amiss with the 1000 though. You can edit and move the zserver back to the 300 without rebuilding (only coordinator can't be moved) so I'd try that to ensure it's the 1000.Beyond that, make sure all versions are the same, do a restore of the 1000 and re-update if issues continue. AVHomeInstalls
Yes, you nailed it! A problem with the HC-1000. I'll do a USB restore on it.
