My dealer is scheduled next week but I am worried the amp is DOA. I have reset it to factory defaults and set the network IP address. Nothing is programmed into the 800 yet, but should the amplifier work using the manual controls?I have Input 1 and Input 2 set to Analog sources and confirmed the output is working and Input 3 is digital. Nothing will come out of the speakers. My settings for Zone 1 and 2:Input 1Gain 75Limit OffDigital OffInput 3Gain 75Limit OffDigital OnShould the amp be sending sound out the speaker ports without C4 programming? The GAIN change OFTEN disables mute, but I've known it not to do so.You could try putting the gain all the way down and back up, but you may have to wait... Gain change CAN change mute, but it's a seperate setting by itself so not consisten (from the front panel.I wouldn't be too worried at this point.
