set up 6kp for audio

i use :

1: for toggling between 5 diff pandora stations

2: for toggling rhapsody playlists

3: mute toggle

4: vol up pulse

5: vol down pulse

6: room off

wanted to see if you guys had some diff setups.....for some other ideas or ways to setup

1 - source selaction (toggle, channel - whatever)

2 - source selection

3 - source selection

4 - volume up (press and hold)

5 - volume down (press and hold)

6 single tap - mute toggle

6 double tap - room off

I use 2 buttons on a 6KP for audio all over the place.

4 - vol up - press and hold & pulse

5 - vol down - press and hold & pulse

4 - double click - skip forward

5 - double click - mute toggle

4 - triple click - turn on room, play default source

5 - triple click - turn off room

Godzilla - how are you toggling stations/playlists code-wise? Really wish I could manually trigger Spotify playlists

4 - vol up - press and hold & pulse

5 - vol down - press and hold & pulse

Press and hold will work as a pulse be default - no need to program in both.

for pandora i had to create a channel for each radio station in the media section

can send you an email tomorrow............to show an example, im sure the spotify is similiar, but can verify

i also did iheart radio stations.......have to use clouds

Either do this using the single to triple tap, or you do a number variable and delay on PRESS:

Variable +1

Delay x seconds

IF variable is 1 select...

IF variable is 2 select...

etc.

The delay will make it so that if you press x times in the span of the delay, it will read the variable at value x

Program variable = 0 at the end of it all, and under room off.

Other varieties are available as well.

One more example.

If room is off - select a

if current device is a select b

If current device is b select c...

doesnt look like you can set up the spotify playlists...by using a cloud and adding to programming, perhaps someone who has spotify can chime in.
