C4sb Posted August 3, 2013 Share Posted August 3, 2013 Hi. I have 2 Control 4 Kwikset Locks, one in my garage, and the other on my front door. I am using the kwikset lock app on the c4 touchscreens to be able to control and program my locks, but only one lock shows up. My dealer updated both locks to the Kwikset driver, 20121217 and the lock on my front door can be accessed through the app, but my garage lock does not appear in the app. Both locks are able to be programmed and appear in composer. I have tried changing rooms and powercycling, but nothing has worked for me. Any Suggestions??I am running OS 2.5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Cyknight Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 I'd try updating 4store/apps from the apps menu, but another possibility is that the lock itself is not on the proper firmware (it should auto-update, which can take 48 hours in my experience) - which would allow control through the driver and an attached "generic" lock but not the app. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

C4sb Posted August 4, 2013 Author Share Posted August 4, 2013 I tried updating the apps through the 4store update, and I still am unable to use the app. I have been on OS 2.5 for a few weeks now, and I was still unable to use it in 2.4.
