misha.seattle
I recently upgraded my iPhone from 4 to 5s. I transferred over all apps with iCloud. When I run the c4 app on my wifi it works great. When i am not on my home wifi, it tells me "Unable to connect. Please contact your dealer to enable Anywhere Access through 4Sight". I have a license for this. I don't see anything in settings whereby i can enter a license key. I don't see anything that would enable me to configure anything differently. On my.control4.com I don't see anything other than it says i can disable access for my iPhone, but it doesn't suggest what i do after that. Is there any way I can get this working short of driving to the dealer and having them charge me yet again?
Matt Lowe
do you have any other devices you can test remote access with?
misha.seattle
Remote access works fine from my wife's iPhone (that hasn't been upgraded).
Snaffle8
Delete the app and try again.
mstafford388
I'd imagine you have to enter your my.control4 info again. If you go to more do you see your system in there? If you do click on it and see if your login email is in there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
misha.seattle
Thanks. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the app (when on wifi) and then switching off wifi did the trick. now things are ok
