justaquestion Posted September 11, 2014 Share Posted September 11, 2014 My wife just got a brand new laptop with windows 8 on it. I've downloaded the latest MyHome PC software (first the 2.5.3 and today the 2.6.0 version). When I try to connect to my system - It says "Invalid username and/or password. Please try again". Of course the user name and password are correct. I used them a minute ago to log into my account in control4.com and download the software...I have a windows XP that runs MyHome without any trouble. I also see in the control4.com site under My Devices a windows 8 PC that is enabled and was registered the day I first tried connecting (Spetember 7). Under My licenses I can see a MyHome Site license that never expires. Any suggestions what to try next? or what info to share? thanks,Dror Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
