jillmark99
I'm wondering if someone here has used and can recommend an adjustable sound/frequency sensor to integrate with my system. Something economical with a basic output. I'm trying to pick up a specific sound or frequency within my house when something turns on. Your help would be appreciated. CFUG
Nothing I know of. You can either find sound (microphone-based) relays or tone (pure signal) activated relays. Combining decibels and tone pitch in one unit and done on a dime is not going to be easy to find. What type of equipment are we dealing with here? The Barron
Home Security Store Glass-Break Sensor?
CFUG
^Since OP didn't say what the heck is trying to monitor, it's all a guess. Glass breakage sensors are tuneable for break, thud, crash- probably too narrow.
