Rudytown
I have a Sony component video matrix that died on me last week, I ordered a "new" one and switched them out. When I rebooted the system, my hc1000 is not connecting to the network, so the whole system is down and I am unable to do anything. The dealer I have used in the past is unresponsive. Do I need to find another local dealer, or is it possible for someone to remote in and fix the issue? I know there is no way to access the 1000 if there is no network, but could access my computer that is dedicated to system. Whole system was working great with no issues before matrix went out, now nothing. We are having people to the house tonight and no TV's are working, may have a house party, and a divorce in same week... :-/ Help please!!

AK1
So I assume the marriage is over and there is therefore no point in resurrecting the controller.
