dhhill Posted June 6, 2015 Share Posted June 6, 2015 Control 4 works and controls lights, tv, music, but can't view the camera's. Also the comfort control for thermostate shows the setting controls, but does not show current room temperature as in the past. So I can see the icons for camera and comfort and both can be accessed, but the camera's keep trying to refresh but no view. And the thermostat does not show current room temperature. I rebooted Control 4 for the first time since we bought in October 2014, but that didnt change anything. The only thing that changed since the problem started is I installed a new router downstairs. It looks like Control 4 is tied to the upstairs modem/router. Everything works on the Control 4 remote and my iPhone app except the camera's and comfort as mentioned.
