StroTek LLC Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 I have 2 remotes that are on the wrong Zigbee channel, and I cant get them into edit mode to change the channel. The Controller is on channel 23, the remotes are on channel 11 I have reset the remotes using the press control4 and 0 while inserting batteries steps.. I also then mad ethem leave any network.. using Room off #*, 13413 .. After that I tried to follow the steps to change the zigbee channel as outlined in the manual: List twice, until the menu appearsthen 2486 #*that shows thew zigbee channel etc.. but when I press list again to get into edit mode.. it takes me back to the menu, and I cant change the channel Am I missing some step?
