christophers Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 is it controlling the DVR via IR or IP? if IP, make sure the IP of the new box is the same. if you made a DHCP reservation for the old box, the MAC address has now changed and you need to update to the new MAC or update c4 to the new IP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
