Why don't handheld devices work with Web Navigator?

I have tried using several handheld devices (an iPod Touch, a Blackberry Bold and a Dell Axim x51v PocketPC) to connect to my.control4.com. While I can generally get to the login screen and enter my password it seems that I never get any web navigator functionality. Why is this - is this because these browsers can't run certain modules (like Java or ActiveX) to control Web navigator? Or is there some other more ulterior reason (i.e. C4 doesn't want this to work as it would reduce demand for their remotes).

By the way - is there an iPhone or iPod Touch application that allows you to use this device as a C4 remote of some sort? I think this would be a fantastic functionality addition for C4.

It's probably the browser's inability to correctly display the page. I dont think it's some kind of secret motive to sell more touchpanels.

In regards to your second question, yes there is an application in development.
