I apologize, I was not clear on my issue...the security APP is missing from my mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, etc). It does show up on my GUI screen on the home televisions. I have 4Sight subscription. I checked my mobile devices for updates but there were not any. It seems to be a simple fix however, I don't know what it is. Rodsshow Posted April 23, 2017 Author Share Posted April 23, 2017 Ok, inside the C4 app on my iPhone and iPad, I press the gears (settings), then press my system but I do not see a pencil. After I press my system, the "details" show up and as I scroll through it, I do not see anywhere where it gives me the option to synch. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When pressed it says "This will require you to add your system to the app again using your C4 account username and password." Is this what you're talking about??
