The way to get 'everything', including Composer Pro is to become a Control4 Dealer.

The way to get everything (including Composer HE, minus Composer Pro) is to contact a Control4 Dealer.

To elaborate, Control4 is sold through dealers. You can go to the official Control4 website to look up a dealer near you here:

and contact one or more dealers to spec out a project. Composer Home Edition is the excellent software product for end users to configure, manage and customize their systems. Composer Pro is the dealer version of the software which enables not just the programming and customization, but more fundamental design and build of the project at the outset. I'm an end user not a dealer but Composer Home Edition does a great job for me and the ability to program my system on my own (i.e. not needing to pay someone to set up a new lighting scene or "welcome home" sequence) was probably the most compelling (of many) reasons that I chose C4. 2 years later I'm still thrilled with my purchase.
