milad
Hi all; I have problem with the c4 intercom. In my installation I have EA-3 as the controller, 7inches portable touch screen and DSC-ENT door station. When we push the bell button the touch screen ringing (sometimes with delay). After I touch answer button on touch screen it takes 7 seconds to let my sound go through door station. Also sometimes the video comes after 5 seconds. I do below solutions but no improvement: 1. I connected touchscreen with Lan cable directly to the router. 2. I disconnected every other devices from the router like CCTV system 3. I updated the controller, touchscreen and door station to latest version. 4. I deleted my project and add just the controller, touchscreen and door station. I see the same issue that posted with erricson in 2013 but no one answer!
knowitall
Sounds like a networking problem. What kind of router switch do you have? Gigabit network/AP’s?

mtorr060
Don't those devices use a sip like phone call? Like when you dial the extension at my office to the next office over.

mtorr060
Usually there's a quality of service setting in your router that can prioritize that type of call I believe.

There is the pdf file in knowledge base for setting up the router. I did it step by step on my router. I disabled the QOS service by the way I will be thankful if you tell me your exact solution.
