Drake0508 Posted September 17, 2018 Posted September 17, 2018 Not exactly C4 but I’m having trouble installing a Doorbird Chime. I cannot find the Digital passport for it. Has anyone ever had this issue?
rea Posted September 18, 2018 Posted September 18, 2018 Was there not a QR code in the box? I know that's how they did it with the doorbell, but I don't have one of the Chimes.

It brings up a dialog box to scan the QR code you got.
Drake0508 Posted September 18, 2018 Author Posted September 18, 2018 Yes. But unfortunately I don’t have the QR code for the chime. It was removed from my account so I have no way of adding it without the code.
rea Posted September 18, 2018 Posted September 18, 2018 Oh sorry, I misunderstood and thought you still had it. You'll likely have to contact Doorbird then. That is one of the weird quirks of Doorbird for sure. I took a photo of my QR code and the login and saved it on my computer because I was worried about the same thing happening.
