henniae
Is the version of Composer the the same as the version of the system software on your HC500?

RyanE
Are you running Vista? If so, try 'Repair Connections' on the VPN connection, and if that doesn't work, re-install Composer.RyanE

CFUG
It would be interesting to know why this is so. I connect through some pretty heavy-duty security layers and don't have any problems. Are we talking about port 80 blocking?
WGN_South-Africa
i am not sure what exactly is blocking it but as soon as my IT guys have been here and shown me what it is it will post it here.
ikey78
I had the same issue on a Vista laptop.Hung up when verifying user ID and password. Had previously not done that under the same network conditions (firewalls etc).Resolved after HE software was upgraded to 1.72. Had not tried reinstalling 1.71 but suspect that would have fixed it as Ryan suggested.
