what is the difference between the 101 dimmers and the 102?

Here are the differences between the 101 and the 102

1. Has an antenna inside that you can uncoil that will give you better ZigBee range.

2. Better tactile feel for button press. Although I can't really tell the difference between the 101 and 102.

3. Stiffer mounting plate.
