dinosaur
I did not notice this problem in 1.72. I was just updated to 1.73 yesterday by my dealer. When adjusting volume using the zone display, the actual sound volume in each room DOES change accordingly but the numeric percent displayed does NOT change at all. In addition, one zone is shown as muted regardless of the whether it is muted or not.Is this a known issue?I am using a 16 zone C4 audio matrix switch with 2 Niles amps. I did not see this issue in prior updates as recently as 1.72.
Matt
You’ll have to check to insure the proper end points in the room itself. See if the amp or the audio switch is doing the volume control.
dinosaur
Yes, but nothing changed except to update from 1.72 to 1.73. We also added an HC1000 and replaced a defective HC500 on the same day.The issue did not exist prior to these changes. No audio changes were made, no bindings were changed. My dealer is away for a week and I can't ask him until next Thursday.Has anyone seen this since updating to 1.73?Every room in my project is now showing his issue on the ZONE display. thecodeman
I'm having an issue on a project when upgrading from 1.3.2 - 1.7.2 with zones, where when you go to select the zones to add, you cant scroll to see all of them. It's impossible to go past the first page, even though there are other rooms down there to add to the zone. That's weird.

dinosaur
UPDATE:I have a friend who suggested a fresh reboot may solve the problem. I did as he suggested and it worked. Problems disappeared.
