I was wondering if I added a samsung smart hub to my apartment if it would recognize the z wave light switches? Would I have to call my C4 guy to install it....Just installed a somfy mylink and got my curtains and blinds going so Im kinda on a DIY run.

C4 like any professional home automation require drivers to integrate too and is not intended for DIY’ers.  There is a native z-wave support although is limited but exists or u integrate in full via Vera, anything that integrates to Vera can integrate to C4 as there is a driver for Vera to C4!

I have a native Google Assistant service and driver for Control4 which is currently in beta.

If you would like to test then PM me your email address and I will provide details.

Thanks

Hopefully the move to Works with Assistant for the Nest will prompt C4 and Google to get over whatever the hangup has been to get C4 integrated with Google Home. Theoretically we should be hearing something, at least on the Nest front, by the end of the month.
