THE L1ZARD KING Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 Hello, I was wondering if Control4 has any warranties on their gear, specifically remotes? I’ve just had another SR-260 remote fail. There is no visible damage, standard wear for a remote exactly 1yr old. The remote was working fine the previous day and now it appears dead, no display etc. even with new batteries. Oddly it also emits a high pitch squeal which can’t be good. The previous one did this as well. Really hoping I don’t have to buy a SR-260. Was really hoping to wait until the next version. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! I reached out to the remote dealer who I purchased the remote from yesterday, just hadn’t heard back yet and my curiosity got the better of me.
