Topfox Posted November 21, 2019 Share Posted November 21, 2019 Hey everyone, Is there any way to re-apply an update to the controller, or is there any indication that a new update is coming sometime in the near future. Ive definitely feel like this latest update has introduced some gremlins into my setup. One of the more annoying ones is I have devices that timeout their connection to my system, then when I try to connect again it tells me I have to authenticate again and forces me back to the logon screen. Matt Lowe Posted November 22, 2019 Share Posted November 22, 2019 sounds like you are having some interference or networking issues. they first this is a soft reboot on the main controller. the secnd would be to reboot the router. you should also check to make sure all of the devices did update properly. i just noticed only yesterday that one of my touch screens did not update to 3.1 and i have had it since release.
