dmccoy
We just switched our netgear router out with the Google Nest. Uninstalled Control 4 app & reinstalled. All is working fine except for speaker sound. I am able to pull up all of our music, select it and play it through the app, but there is no sound. There is also a solid red light behind the 4 on the control 4 black box. Waiting on dealer to call me back but they are awful about call backs. We have the OS2 system. eggzlot
likely a network issue - the netgear router could have had DHCP reservations so now the new router (Nest) is giving a different IP address to your controller and that is throwing things out of whack. Lots of remote dealers on here who can likely fix it in a matter of minutes. I am sure one of them will chime in shortly. Not a big issue. msgreenf

THE L1ZARD KING
If you have Composer HE check that the audio outs are turned up on your controller. I’ve had some odd issues recently where they go to zero after a controller reboot.
