nickgt7 Posted April 21, 2021 Share Posted April 21, 2021 I recently switch off and switch on my control 4 system and from that moment the light buttons on the switches are not responding correctly. I need to hold some buttons for 30sec to switch off a light or others not working at all. I tried to restart the switches by pressing 9 times the top button and 4 the bottom and then again 9 times the top one but with no success. Any advice? mujtaba.khokhar Posted April 21, 2021 Share Posted April 21, 2021 Sounds like an issue with zigbee, best thing it to get a dealer to log in and check things out. you can also try and push the too button 15 times this reboots the switch.
