Author Posted October 25, 2009 Share Posted October 25, 2009 Today, I got a new control 4 which is a black box. connect it with TV and no on-screen navigatior is shown.Meanwhile, the other old control 4 could show the on-screen navigatior automaticlly.They have the same project file and drivers of the same version.Could anyone give some advice on this issue?Anyone know how to get this to work?And anyone know the loginname and password of the telnet process to contro 4..please.Author Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ILoveC4 Posted October 25, 2009 Share Posted October 25, 2009 As you can see, installing this system is not "plug and play", and requires substantial training to make it work properly and to its full potential. Because of this, the product is only to be installed by dealers. There are plenty of people on here available for hire. That's my advice - hire a dealer. Good luck.
