"Could not Connect to director at 192.168.100.13"

Hi, I have a Control4 EA1. My project was on version 2.9.1. EA1 was causing problem and was not detectable on network so I Factory reset it. Now the problem is that it shows in director window but when I try to connect it, an error pops up "Could not connect to director at 192.168.100.13". Can anyone please help me with this problem. Thank you

Try changing your network. It might be the .100. 

Try to redo your network with 192.168.1.x

And don't forget your subnet mask too 

I like to use 192.168.10.x

With a subnet mask of 255.255.255.254
