I have the most current software 3.2.3 with both firmware and Composer. Are there any known connectivity issues right now with Composer remotely? drmark12pa Posted November 15, 2021 Author Share Posted November 15, 2021 Still not able to remotely connect to EA5. I can connect when at home on the network but nothing remotely. Nothing at all has changed and running 3.2.3 so everything both firmware and Composer HE all most current. Basically shows "Unable to communicate with project" but when it's logging into C4 everything appears correctly authenticated until I try to connect to the EA5 that runs the system. My dealer said he could log in remotely without any issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Composer 2x now just to see if that made any difference and nothing. I've been using this laptop for almost 2 years so it should be listed as it's accessed Control4 both at home and remotely before.....
