I created a playlist in Spotify, added it to mySonos in the Sonos app, and it appeared in the Sonos menu in C4 under Playlists. If I modify the playlist in Spotify, the changes don't transfer, and I've now deleted the playlist in Spotify, but it still appears in C4. There is no way I can see of deleting the playlist within C4 itself. How are Favourites and Playlists managed? How can I delete the playlist in C4? I was going to make the same comment BUT didn’t as my view that this was the way it would work was based on how Tidal and Deezer integrate with C4 rather than Spotify which I only tried once briefly a long time ago.
