pkkaiser
My sound suddenly stopped from the Triad Amp. Power cycled. Rebooted everything. All the number lights are on. Is it dead?

Matt Lowe
also likely under warranty a local dealer should look at this.
pkkaiser
Thanks Matt. I have power cycled. Pulled plug and left off for 10 or so minutes. Sent known source that works in another part of house (different triad AMP) to the "broken" amp—nothing. The lights on the regular amp follow the rooms that are on. The "broken" one always have all lights on, despite having no zones on. Will check on warranty.
