Changing Door Locks Remotely

We recently installed some Schlage door locks in a rental and the managers want to be able to change the door codes from the C4 app. Is that possible or has anyone found a lock set that allows C4 to change the door codes while off site? Do we need to get different locks or maybe another app that will control the locks? Thanks in advance for your help!!

Are these Schlage locks with the C4 zigbee module?  If so, you can change codes from the C4 app.  Just press down (and hold) the lock in the C4 IOS app to manage it (add users, change codes, etc).  To do it offsite obviously requires a valid 4sight subscription.

I don't have experience with the Schlage locks, but the August lock lets you change the code remotely using the August app. The Control4 driver does as well, but that feature has never worked for me.
