ERDrPC Posted June 7, 2022 Share Posted June 7, 2022 I'm setting up some DJ type lights (PAR and rotating lights) that are going to be controlled using DMX. I know there are a few DMX drivers for C4...would any of them be compatible in this use-case? The other way I was planning on doing it was to split the audio output from the source to the the audio matrix with one feed going into the DMX controller. I'm going to need a really long DMX 3 pin cable (~500 Ft or multiple 100 connected together) to run from my equipment room thru conduit to the first light outdoors. The rest of the fixtures will be daisy chained. Anyone else done something like this. tonysss13 Posted June 8, 2022 Share Posted June 8, 2022 yes, its been while since i programmed them but i believe you can send any dmx signal you want through them. I have two sound activated lights in my gym and i use that controller just to switch them on and off. but i'm pretty sure you can switch programs etc with them too Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
