pharmdsmith
Has anyone had success with this? I'm guessing my easy importer cd isn't compatable. Is there a newer version? I get all the way to it trying to connect with my HC500 and get an error that says an attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. Matt
You’re probably running 64bit which Easy Importer isn’t compatible with. To find out you can right click on my computer - and go to properties. If your system type states 64bit then it will not work.
tigrzeye
I am considering upgrading my laptop and as with most, if not all, they are now pre-loaded with and running Windows 7. Is Composer, Pro and HE Compatible with Windows 7? With 64bit or 32bit or both? In Windows XP there was a compatible mode for older programs. Does Windows 7 have this feature. And if so can you run programs such as easy importer in an XP compatible mode, if you have the 64bit OS?
Matt
Composer is compatible with windows 7 64bit (I am running right now) and 32bit. Windows 7 has an awesome compatibility mode IMO.
pharmdsmith
Yes it is 64 bit. So easy importer is out the window? How do I add music now?
Matt
I am going to see if compatibility mode works on it. I’ll keep you updated. You can rip music with windows media player and set the destination path to the drive which you’re ripping to.

ILoveC4
While Composer is compatible, if you have UAC enabled you get an annoying warning pop-up message telling you the program is from an unknown developer.Hopefully they fix that.

Matt
I guess you cannot change the compatibility mode from 32bit or 64bit. I thought you could.
