Lutron Blinds Issue

I have had 5 Lutron QS blinds on my system for a few years working fine.

Last week We added 4 new roller blinds that run along our sliding doors to the back garden.

They are connected to the same 10 way Lutron PSU unit as the other 5, and I cannot get C4 to communicate with them for some reason. They operate fine from the 10 slot smart panel override button.

I have changed the integration ID's , just as I did before and programmed exactly the same

If I telnet a Details all devices command to the QS standalone unit (QSE-CI-NWK-E) this is what I get

?DETAILS, ALL_DEVICES

I note my previous naming scheme appears to have an underscore at the end for some reason, however duplicating that has not helped.

Also unsure what the codes after ROLLER(1) refer to but they do not match and wonder if that has something to do with it?

thanks in advance

Still haven't been able to rectify this. I am wondering if the C4 driver is not pulling the new info / blinds  from the QS standalone unit. When I action "Discover Lutron QS Devices" there is no output on the Lua Tab.

With debugging on i get this

strMatch = nil
Function:    SendToNetwork(6001, ?ETHERNET,0):
ReceivedFromNetwork(), idBinding = 6001, nPort = 23, strData = ~ETHERNET,0,192.168.1.250
Received IP address from Network Interface (keep alive)

Stupid question but did you activate the shades in qs?

The Lutron dealer should be programming the blinds into the QS processor and then activating them to the processor.  When that is done, the blinds will now each have their own integration ID, which Control4 can use to send and receive information to the QS processor to control/monitor the blind.  If you're attempting to discover Lutron QS devices from Control4 and these new blinds don't show up, my suspicion is that the blinds did not get added to the QS processor.

Get the Lutron dealer to confirm blind operation from their QS processor (even without Lutron controls, they can test/control the blind from their QS programming software).  If you happen to be there when they do the test, ask them for the Integration Report from their software.  The integration report includes all the integration IDs for the various devices that you can then plug into Control4.

Hi Janssens thanks for your reply. Forgive me I am not that well versed in Lutron programming

The blinds are  connected Via QS standalone interface, and I am able to see the blinds and also able to set their integration ID's via telnet. The blinds do operate from the 10 way Smart PSU so i know the operate ok, although they are not yet grouped which I cannot find a way to do so via telnet.

I am able to set phantom buttons and trigger them from C4 to operate the new blinds.

I am waiting for the blind companies Programmer to contact me to go through it again
