Bruce S
Has anyone ever been able to control an Integra receiver via RS232? One day the IP control will work and the next day it doesn't. Once it works and if I leave it on, it continues to work. When it doesn't work, I can still see its IP address on the network and Composer says it's up as well. I'm using the C4-CBL3.5-DB9B Serial Cable to connect serial 1 port of the EA1 to the AVR and using the Integra DRX-4 driver which supposedly works with RS232 but I can't control anything. Is there some other step I should be doing? Thanks,
lippavisual
You'll need your dealer to change those control bindings from IP to serial.
Bruce S
I actually figured this out. I had to disconnect the AVR from the network. Once this was done, RS232 took over.
