Deekay777 Posted March 7, 2023 Posted March 7, 2023 i have two sites with Chimes that regularly grey out in the intercom section on T4 touch screens. The only way to bring them back is to reboot the coordinator and or login and refresh the gateway. its driving me insane. So far everyone i have spoken to has said network, busy network, too much chatter. these are not big sites....... the one has 16 cameras, i have other sites with more cameras and network devices, with DS2's that have run perfectly for years. Has anyone else had this issue and what has been done to fix... Quote

DanITman Posted March 7, 2023 Posted March 7, 2023 Chime was always hit or miss for me. I ended up pulling it out because I couldn't reliably answer a call from my front door. I switched to the Unifi G4 pro doorbell. While I don't get C4 integration on Intercom, I do get an immediate call to my phone. I do have camera support in C4. Quote

They ran through my entire network and system setup and the only thing they did was run a patch that didn't have any intercom fixes and told me to turn off ipv6 in my router. Guess we will wait and see. Quote
