Jaywill10 Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Hi there, I am a regular user of composer HE. I updated composer and it also asked if I wanted to update my system, so I did. Its now running Version 3.3.2. However, when attempting to connect with composer, I get an error message: "Could not authenticate the connection director at 192.... Common causes are incorrect time/date settings on the controller or on the computer running composer." Not sure why I am getting this error message now. Is anyone familiar with this issue? Quote
Matt Lowe Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 its a common error. try rebooting everything. If that does not work may need the system manager to check the time on the main controller to see if it has drifted. Also Daylight savings may be an issue for this as well check that your clocks match on both. Quote

I've tried rebooting multiple times. Any other possible solutions? This is just the first time this has happened after an update for me. Quote
Matt Lowe Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 next step is to uninstall composer and reinstall. Jaywill10 1 Quote
