hitchiv Posted March 28, 2023 Share Posted March 28, 2023 I have august locks When I control them via control 4 app I have them set up for when the garage door is unlocked the garage lights come on and when door is locked lights go off. My question is there a way to turn lights off/on via august app. I would of thought once locks open and close control 4 would recongnize and turn lights on/off but thats not the case. Your light programmimg could be on the command lock/unlock which I believe (with my locks) is trigger when c4 send the command. Option 2 is manual lock which does not trigger the same programming and i think there is a 3rd option like lock proxy. It could be a simple duplication of programming to solve your problem.
