Joe McCarron Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 Hi there, I'm trying to get somfy blinds up and running using the Domosapiens driver. They have been working with the generic somfy driver from C4 but the lack of state for the touch screen icons and issues with one way control mean I want to swap over to the Domo driver. I've got the multi interface driver installed and the serial bound to a core1, the driver registers the serial connection. In the individual blind drivers, I can select the multi interface driver, but cannot select interface devices. Refreshing interface devices list does nothing, the box is just blank. Does anyone have any insight into why this could be? It's a major headache on site and needs to be sorted out soon! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
South Africa C4 user Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 Best is to log a ticket on driver central. @pbir may be able to comment here… but the better approach is to have your dealer log the ticket. I use this driver at my holiday house and set it up a few years ago with my dealer’s help so can’t really recall the process. It is an incredibly good driver. While it is quite complicated to set the driver up, I do recall that following the documentation carefully was all we needed to do to get it right.
