Lighting control stopped suddenly

My system is an old control4_hc250.

I came home yesterday to find none of my switch panels would control any lighting, nor would the app control any lighting.

Any ideas of a simple fix?

You should be able to still turn things on and off from the panel (if you're using centralised). Maybe take a photo?  Or are you using Zigbee?

 

That being said, I'd actually recommend upgrading. The HC250's were released 12 years ago and haven't been supported in years

Also, is your HC250 working still?

I can't take a picture as I'm not at home right now.

I can still turn on lights using the buttons on the dimmer units in the panel.

We only use control4 for lighting, we inherited it with the house.

My hc250 has 2 or 3 blue lights on the front panel and as I mentioned the lighting worked up until yesterday.

There probably isn't enough information to assist online (as it could even be a cable has been unplugged, and we don't even know what kind of switches you're using, or if Control4 is online).. But I'd power cycle everything and see if it helps

My hc250 shows up in my router, so I assume its online.

My switches look like this, I think they are wired.

I can't imagine any cable being disturbed as the panels and hc250 are in a control room.

Reboot the controller and see if that fixes it...

By reboot, do you mean power it down and back up again?

As mentioned, you should power cycle all of your equipment, but there isn't really enough context here about your system unfortunately.
