DLite Posted June 24, 2023 Share Posted June 24, 2023 I had two T4 8" touch screens replaced today, because of flickering video in the old ones. My dealer disconnected the old ones in Composer, identified the new ones, and they both seem to be working great, except for one issue. When I access the intercom function on those touch screens, I just get a spinning circle. The Communication Agent in Composer shows them as "not ready." I have restarted the new touch screens several times without success. Is there another step that I need to take here to get them communicating? Thanks a lot.
