Is there any way to create a custom button to enable / disable a scheduled event?

Is there any way for the button to give feedback (whether the scheduler is enabled or disabled) similar to a custom button for a garage door which shows if it is open or closed?

I don't see the option to run a scheduled event or create logic based on variables?

In the schedule you check the variable. The schedule always runs. Just a matter of it does anything
