Remote not working

I purchased a house seven months ago with the C4 remote system already installed, in the home theater. I use an Epson projector, Apple TV, and a pioneer 5.1 receiver. It worked fine for the first six or seven months with no issues. The remote continues to say “searching for network“. I have tried power cycling, everything, entering the batteries. Pressing the number four on the remote four times. Power cycled everything a few times. Again, new year, I know very little about the system. Please help!

Most likely the remote will just need to be Re-identified into the mesh.  @msgreenf will definitely take care of ya on this!
